I’m Jonny Potter, I specialize in helping you reach your dream physique without spending hours in the gym or banning all your favorite foods.

 

My approach to nutrition is extremely flexible, whereby no food is off-limits, and I encourage you to eat a wide variety of foods/meals based on your own personal enjoyment, even when losing fat.

 

My bespoke strength programming is influenced by the most up to date evidence based research. I ensure most importantly that everything we do is bespoke to you and fits in with your own personal lifestyle as best as it can, allowing for long term progress.
